As with most other broadly-recognised brands, most of the upper-niche tools companies have established distributor networks, and the only way to get them wholesale is going through the company, or picking them up via liquidation.

, while not strictly speaking a tool wholesaler, does have a lot of blisterpack/carded tools in their inventory, and you could set up a small painting supply store with what they have availale in rollers, brushers, pans, drop cloths and so forth. Also a top notch company who will work hard to make sure you're happy.
