Looking for Pampers wholesaler in USA

I have been looking for genuine Pampers wholesale exporters in USA.

It must be domestic version of USA made in USA or Mexico.

I contacted few wholesalers but their prices were not reasonable and even some of them were not able to supply as many as I want.

1. Quantity
I am expecting to order a 40ft container load at first then I will increase.
So a wholesaler must be a large size.

2. Price
According to Walmart Canada, one kind of Pampers is CAD 38.44, which is about USD 30.
However, the cheapest retail price in USA is USD 45.99, I wonder why there is about USD 15 gap between the retail price in Canada and USA.
Anyway, judging from the Canadian retail price, I hope that USD 25 would be possible as a wholesale price.

Can't really comment on the price difference between US and Canada, but what I can comment is wholesale price mostly depends on your order requirements. Let the supplier know how much you'd like to purchase so you can get the best offer. Just my 2 cents though with regards to comparing the price with Walmart.. Walmart is one of the world's largest retailers- if not the biggest. They offer the lowest prices not only because they deal directly with the manufacturers in huge volumes, but because of their cutting edge technology supply chain management system, etc.

And thanks for the help Shane but this link supplier you just sent is a big joke for me , their prices are even more expensive than the retail price on amazon or Carrefour or Cdiscount.
By the way i'm still looking for a REAL pampers wholesaler who can provide a permanent offer with a good price.

I contacted them already several times but they have never responded to my email, they read mine though.
I am assuming they are not a huge supplier, which can meet my requested quantity.
Also, their price is like way too high.
It would be better to purchase from Walmart or Amazon.
