Need Clothing Manufacturers In the Philippines & China

I am looking for great well trusted clothing manufacturers in phlilippines & china because I want to start my own clothing line. Please Help It would be greatly appreciated. I stay in the USA and want a great price on shirts, pants, dresses and etc to start a clothing line

Thanks a 1000 but none of these seem have plain polos and t-shirts for men at all. Unless I have to put that order in, but are there any more. Also there aren't any you know in the Philippines
