New wholesaler required

geez I go off their datafeed and it states, 999 hats in stock, sell 3 and all of the sudden, no, we dont have any, they were dummy figures..

Now I feel like the dummy.

Yeah, that's a shocking way to do business. Their business model relies on people like you selling for them, and when they treat their own sales team like that, then they can't help. but to shoot themselves in their own foot!

That's just crazy, but they're aren't alone unfortunately. I've heard that happening plenty of times before and I have no doubt that I've about it happening plenty more time in the future.

In regards to Australian suppliers, sorry mate, I don't know of any.

I found the same hats for about $12 cheaper each elsewhere, geez google is great

Only thing this company does not sell anything but costumes.

Their description of the items is not the greatest and they don't have datafeeds.

That's a case of good news, bad news lol. Just do the usual checks and balances on them mate, cheaper doesn't automatically make them better :)

Why do I bother, QS had a sale on watches and jewellery yesterday, I sold 7 watches, now they are saying that not all watches are free delivery, but when I listed them all they stated, all watches are free delivery.

Now she arguing the point.

made an order on the 2nd, its now the 11th and it still hasn't left the warehouse, but, off course, its my fault.

They state the payment never hit them until the 6th, well, paypal state the 2nd??

told her I just cant be bothered with it all anymore

I have already paid $23 for this item to be shipped 17 kms away, now they have charged me another $10 to have it same day delivery,

Staggeringly excellent customer service in action right there lol. Sometimes you just have to wonder if people want to do business with you or not, because they sure as hell don't go out of their way to make it easy for you!
