Hello, Im just starting out (again)... and looking to buy computer parts wholesale. I plan to start out buying many small items and eventually move to higher priced items with any profit made. Is this a reasonable plan, and why is it so hard to find true wholesale prices out there? Thanks for any comments/sources.

Starting off small is the right idea. That way you can see if this niche truly is profitable and you can suss out the suppliers to see if they have reasonable prices, quality products and reliable service.

I have listed some PC parts and components suppliers below. They are from various countries as you haven't said where you are from. Check them out and I hope you find one that will be suitable for your business.

You can try evertek.com

They are a legitimate company so you need a tax id to purchase from them. I hope this helps =)
