PC notebooks and laptops - supplier wanted

Help! I just signed up with this account and I have never sold anything in my life! I want to start a business on ebay but how do I contact the wholesalers/dropshippers? Do I have to email them and do I have to purchase their products or can I just post links? Obviously Iam clueless! help me Please!

SaleHoo provides a database of a whole range of different suppliers, including drop shippers, wholesalers, manufacturers and liquidators. You can either purchase in bulk from wholesalers, manufacturers and liquidators, or order from drop shippers. A drop shipper is a wholesaler who provides an order fulfillment service. Drop shippers will allow you to view their inventory and start selling it without making a purchase. Only when you make a sale do you pay the drop shipper the wholesale cost for the item (keeping the profit you make). A drop shipper will also handle packaging and posting the item out to your buyer. In sum, you never see or handle the stock you are selling. The drop shipper keeps all
inventory on hand and packages and posts all orders.

When you've found the supplier you want to use, the next thing is to contact the supplier either by phone or by email to enquire about becoming a reseller.
