Perfume Store in Singapore not responding

I have been trying to contact Perfume Store (Link hidden: Login to view) who are located in Singapore about dropshipping with no luck. Has anyone else had better luck then I have? I have sent 3 requests for more info.

Still no, I will try to call tonight (morning for them.) The last time I called they had asked me to contact by email to ask about dropshipping and wholesale.

I have also noticed they have a number of sections on their website that do not seem to have any content. They talk about makeup, skincare and haircare but the only product that seems to be available on the site is perfumes, it does not look like any of the other products have been entered into the site.

What's the latest with this supplier NP, have they now responded to your email request?

I called them last night (mid day for them). They asked for my email address and said they would check on my request. I have not seen anything yet but I was going to try to give them at least 24 hours.


They also explained why other products were not listed, they had some issues with their site, so they do have other products besides perfumes.

We were conerned about both aspects of the issue, both the poor customer service and the lack of products and we're considering a review of their approval based on those two issues you raised.

I'm happy to accept the explanation for the lack of products, these things happen. Just let us know if you do get a follow up from them as they has promised.

I can understand the website issue which they said they were working on, and a wholesaller/dropshipper might have better access to info then their normal site. I hope to find out more soon. I will post here when they (or when they dont) respond.

I did find one old email from them in my spam folder, but it was just the auto response from their system after I tried to contact them the 1st time, which was on May 17

I will keep an eye on it as well. I was looking for a dropshipper that carried US and European Brand health and beauty items that supplied to south east asia and these guys seemed like the only answer.

I'll pass your inquiry through to support and they'll see what other options are available, both verified and ones outside of our directory as well. Someone will touch base with you over the next couple of days in regards to what they can find for you.
