Plasti Dip is actually a brand name, not a product name and Plasti Dip is only available through Plasti Dip and their authorised suppliers. I would suggest checking out the B2B sites like Alibaba, what you are looking for is a rubber based paint. Chances are that you'll find a lot called Plasti Dip, but they only use the brand name because that's the name most are familiar with.
My suggestion, always buy a small sample cal before going with a large order just to test the product.
