When to sell Barbie Loves TMX Elmo, 12 Days Of Christmas...

I've got substantial quantities of all three of these Elmo items. Any suggestions on when to start selling these? I'm thinking of waiting until December. I know that all three are virtually impossible to find in the stores.

I am from the UK, don't suppose anyone knows where to purchase elmo in quantities of 10, for the UK market
