Womens high end shoe supplier needed

I am looking for some womens high heels or boots, maybe Uggs (hope I spelled it correctly) and men shoes also. Looking towards high ends but another brand shoes will be very helpful. I am finding a lot of website but their prices are over my budget. Can someone HELP???
