There are many wholesalers of these units, but you wont find any wholesalers that can compete with ebays selling prices. In fact there are only 1 or 2 sellers that specialize in new units on ebay. The rest of the listings come from peoples personal unit sales.
Sometimes you can come across a good liquidation for these items brand new but they are cleared out fast.
