Hi Colooney,

How was your sales on Webid? Undeniably, eBay gets the most traffic among all auction sites but other sites are gaining popularity. Sites like ecrater.com, bonanzle.com are worth checking out.

Have a look at this forum post for more recommended sites.

If you are going to sell outside eBay though, you would have to work on marketing your products and promoting your estore.

You could put your link on your email signature and set up an email newsletter for your existing customers to encourage repeat sales.
You could set up a blog, sign up and participate in forums specially those related to your products. Be helpful and don't SPAM.

You could use social networking/bookmarking sites. If you wish you could make a video of your store/products and put it on Youtube or other related sites.

Other great ways to promote your website are listed below:

* Submit your product listings to Google product search (fast and free way to get more traffic) Link hidden: Login to view
*Optimize your site for the search engines. Traffic Travis a good free tool to help you do this, check out Link hidden: Login to view
*Use Google Adwords
