well im trying to come from a customer point of view, clicking around the net for musical instruments.most ppl click, look,if they cant immediately see anything after a few secs will move to the next.i come to your page and see a pic of you,no offence lol, something about making some background cd,not alot about musical instruments.think you need to put some pics and prices on that front page so customers are getting it right in their face, make it really easy to go to...guitars,click here for more guitars etc etc ,put some nice pics up to,the real thing with a good backround, make them look good :)

Thanks kicking,

I appreciate the feedback.
What I really wanted to do is to eventually go exclusively with making background cd's. I was hoping to sell enough musical instruments to stay afloat while I established myself.
By the way, what I do is record background music and vocals for people's original songs in my basement studio.

Thanks again,
Keith

no probs keith :) i think what ever you do you have to make it easy to see and clear in a few brief words, then once the eye is caught ppl will start to read further but make sure any further reading or anything is stupidly easy to find.im sure its not just me but if i visit a site looking to buy something and i cant see what i want within afew secs ill move to the next :) have a look at competitors sites also,i did a google search and clicked around afew, some i would have passed by but others everything was infront of me and kept me there, thats the main thing :)

Hi just a thought you would do well to insert
a couple of short clips of your music.

Ive come across this site a few times in my searches. Honestly it didnt grab my attention to stay more then a few seconds. Try bolstering the site a bit. And working more on eye candy to entice people to stay longer. :D

I would suggest a brighter color. If you have noticed most of the big websites stick with a white background.

Also you need better pictures of your product if you intend to sell alot of products. The fact I cannot get a good picture of what Im considering in purchasing turns me off to actually buying in. If you actually have the stock in hand. It would be nice to see some closeups in higher resolution. If your dropshipper does not have good pics then find the actuall items on google with an image search. And use the best one you can find.

And third you need to work on a more professional text layout. Your logo is hard to view and Just doesnt look professional in the eyes of a consumer. The paragraph on the top needs to go.. Put that kind of suff in a About Us page. And make sure it looks more professional without using words like scumbag.

You need to be direct on your main page. Put products on the main page not a description of your business. Make sure you have featured items on the top. Use words like On Sale Or clearance. Or top selling items.

Also I assume you have the domain in your possession...
You really should consider using your domain name in your email address. Setting up a contact email with your domain at the end is simple and more professional.

Using a hotmail address in your contact info will kill a potential sale like a massive heart attack. Also apply for a BBB seal to gain instant trust from buyers.

step7156, On first look at your site I couldn't quite figure out what you were selling, once I figured out that you were selling Custom Bacgkround music, I can't quite figure out why I would want it.

Starting at the top of the page with the selling some type of value proposition like 'Make your event special with a unique song recorded just for the gest of honor' or something along thoses likes so I know what you are selling.
