Hello, since I don't know which forum to post my problem, I will just post in this forum.

Today, I got this email regarding my eBay account restrictions from selling. I have copied the email below.

Hello

We appreciate your efforts to provide all the documentation we previously requested to verify your account. Unfortunately, we were unable to verify you are purchasing your items from an authorized reseller and therefore we cannot verify your items are genuine. When working with suppliers it is important to make sure you're dealing with a reliable company. As a seller, you're ultimately responsible for the legality of any item you offer for sale on eBay

Until we can verify you are purchasing your items from an authorized reseller, the selling restriction will remain on the account. Below is some helpful information and suggestions on how to find a new supplier.
- Search the supplier on the internet. Pay attention to blogs and feedback from others in regards to that supplier.
- Be sure the supplier has not been reported to the Better Business Bureau.
- Ask your supplier where they get their items and if they can provide evidence that everything they sale is authentic.
- Make sure your item is authentic: Link hidden: Login to view

Go to our Certified Providers page where you can find more information on suppliers:

Once you have found a new supplier, please fax us the following information:

-Cover sheet with your eBay User ID, email address and contact phone number. If this information isn’t provided or isn’t legible, we cannot process your appeal
-Receipts or invoices for the items you would like to sell

Please fax this information to:
eBay
ATTN: Seller Vetting
US number: 1-801-206-7562
International number: 001-801-206-7562
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding your account status and we hope to work with you in the future.

Kind Regards,
eBay

Before I started selling I got my selling limit then, I requested for the higher selling limit. The problem then started here, eBay suspends my account from selling, asked for many proof document like identity, proof address, invoice of items, etc. I have followed up & sent all the documents they requested. Until today, I got this email again and they say that the invoices of items that I purchased before is not from an authorized supplier.

I have sold some items from dropshipping from a supplier I found via SaleHoo and that dropshipper always provide me the receipt of every order
however, eBay doesn't accept those receipts/invoices.

Now, I am quite confused on what to do. Can someone help me to solve this problem?

Would really appreciate that. Thanks.

Quite a lot to work through on this one Benny, can we start off by you telling us what the products in question were?

Cheers

The products I listed before were earphones and headsets (some branded one like Logitech, Memorex).

How do I solve this problem?
I've sent through 5 or 6 different receipt and it always got me the same answer from eBay that, my appeal can't be processed.

This is the latest answer i got from eBay:

Hello W******,

We appreciate your efforts to provide all the documentation we previously requested to verify your account. Unfortunately, the invoice you provided for the computer does not appear to be for an item you purchased before listing the item. We have found that not having the items you are selling in your possession can lead to negative buying experiences. In order to list on the site you will need to find a new business plan, and send invoice from a reputable supplier.

Regrettably, because we aren't able to verify you are working with a reputable supplier, the selling restriction will remain on the account until you can provide documents showing you have a different supplier that is authorized. You can send this information to:

eBay
ATTN: Seller Vetting
US number: 1-801-206-7562
International number: 001-801-206-7562

We recommend reviewing the following policies prior to listing your next item.
Creating legally compliant listings:

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding regarding your account status and we hope to work with you in the future.

What should I do?
I got all of the receipts, I sent to eBay, from a supplier here in SaleHoo.

Thanks

Benny_w has actually PM'ed me the details of the supplier he used and this does not seem to be the fault of the supplier, as I have dealt them with in the past and they are actually very helpful.

It's just unfortunate that benny_w was caught in a case of new seller with little feedback and selling something eBay categorizes as high risk.

Cheers!
