I have been intouch with Tradekey over a chinese Company called Xingwang Trade Co. Ltd. which is a scamming company, they will take your money but send no goods.
I reported this to Tradekey as they have them listed with a 10 point rating.
But they have decided to leave this company listed on there site along with all the others with similar complaints all they have done is added a *!* next to their name to indicate they have had a dispute against thier company.

So to me Tradekey is no better than these companies because they are leaving their advertisement there for others to fall into the same trap and be riped off, they are like endorsing what they do.

If anyone else out there has had similar experiences or have had other (maybe good results) I'd like to hear about them.

Thanks

Sorry to hear that.

In wholesale business, Reliability seems to be the most important thing you need consider.

The unbelievable low prices usually put you in risk.

Hi Chinawholesaler

It must be hard for companies like yourself which are genuine wholesalers, as people look at Chinese companies and put them all in the same basket.

I can vouch for Rightwholesaler as I have personally dealt with them and had no problems.

Thank you David.

Yes, you are right. Many people skip us only because we are based in China. That's a pity.

Our general manager got a PhD degree in business from a Famous University in US. That's why our company is doing business in totally US way. Providing best customer service is the most important thing to us.

Christina told me there are some scratches on the cases of your products. It must be damaged during shipping.

Sorry for that.

we will take care of it and get some improvement in packaging.

thanks for that.

Its not the actual case that had scratches, the cases were actually broken, the actual MP3's had the play, rewind and fastforward marks almost rubbed off, it made them look like they were second hand already used.
