I don't work for Salehoo, but have been a member for many years, and think I might be able to shed some light on some of your concerns.
I talked two of the suppliers and they did not give me discount prices. they say our prices are these all of you like this for example viatrading said me we have no quarantee no refund and I review their prices on their site and copy them on ebay.what did i see you know. price on the ebay are nearly on them does not better. I do not talk with wholesalers.
Yes, you did. If you search around this or any other wholesale forum, you will find ample discussion about how hard it is to beat the general level of prices on eBay, which have been steadily dropping for years as more and more people offload not only their personal items, but business stock and even organised wholesale loads. eBay has in effect become a wholesale/liquidation market. Most items at wholesale have pretty slim margins, and it is indeed difficult to compete without buying in quantity.
As far as Via or any other particular supplier goes, I'm not sure what kind of guarantee you're asking for -- so not sure what you mean there. It is not unusual for wholesalers and liquidators to not accept returns, or to have highly restrictive return/exchange policies. This is the nature of the business -- wholesalers are not catering to finicky and often capricious consumers, so have no real need to get into the 100% satisfaction or your money back! kind of breathless promoting that most retailers do.
you make this for me. I chose a product and you see my choise in your system. anad with your ebay wizard I sell it on ebay.your system must be like this is it.
As far as I am aware, Salehoo doesn't offer any service remotely like that, and doesn't advertise that it does.
youknow these.you are making nothing only finding them and did not give as quarantee at all for them. if like this your system is false.
Salehoo publishes a directory of verified suppliers, several different tools for assisting in product research, several guides to the business catering to various levels of selling experience, and one of the better forums online for the business. Nothing false about it, you just in my opinion (and with no offence intended) read a lot more into the service than what was on the sales page and are pissed about it now. What are these guarantees of which you speak? I could use some. So far after forty years of life all I've been guaranteed is one death and a tax bill every three months until that death.
What is your current level of experience with selling on eBay? I'm sure there are many ways in which Salehoo, and members of Salehoo, can and will help you out, but as do many other people who get into this business, you seem to be functioning behind blinders as some preformed ideas you had are proving to be incorrect -- but rather than consider that you might be incorrect, you simply blame Salehoo, the suppliers etc. for not meeting expectation.
