Yes, it does raraz :) Aliexpress.com is one of the newest site where PayPal has partnered with Chinese giant Alibaba.com. It is an e-commerce platform offering smaller-quantity orders, instant online transactions, and an escrow service to protect buyers and sellers.

Recently, they have also acquired Vendio (formerly AuctionWatch) - The acquisition is part of the $100 million investment plan for AliExpress that Alibaba.com announced in April 2010.
