Hi All,

I have written 5 books and have them selling on Amazon but I can't seem to get past the 2 copies sold per month hump. I would like to have at least 10-15 books sold rather than 2 per month. I can post links if anyone can help or is interested in my titles =D thanks in advance!

Hello Marc,

=D and thanks a lot for your time!

The first one I tried YouTube to market it and it worked for 89 copies sold for 1 week then people stopped watching lol, here is the book link: Link hidden: Login to view

second one I had published a few years ago its poetry and I am unsure if there is even a market for this style of writing: Link hidden: Login to view

the last one i think is marketable is my fisrt attempt writing a cook book called GourmEgg Rollz: worlds 1st egg roll cook book I think i can sell a handful of these if I could get in the right stream flow? Link hidden: Login to view

thanks again!

Hi Lance,

I've been involved in marketing plenty of things, but never books unfortunately. So I'm limited in sharing any experience with you that might help. That said, with the eggroll book in particular, what about shooting some video prep of a few recipes from the book and getting them on you tube. Loads of foodie forums you could get onto and get the word spread through foodie networks and so on. The eggroll book strikes me as being one that lends itself to some pretty easy marketing avenues.

The other two, well I don't see any potential there for video marketing, but specific community forums again would be great places to perhaps introduce yourself and the books to the right kind of people.

At the moment it would seem that your sales are coming from buyers who essentially stumble upon them, rather than come specifically looking for them. So I think your aim needs to be to generate some buzz within groups that have a passion for what the books speak to.

Really unique and exciting products to work with, so good luck with the sales on those!

Cheers
