Fake Escrow

Are there fake websites that offer Escrow?

This supplier that I want to deal with only offers to get payments wire transfer, western union, or from moneybrookers.com
I guess they offer to Escrow payments and there is no fees to send or to get money. There is a 1% FEE to Escrow the payment. Has anyone ever used moneybrookers.com? Let me know thanks
