I'm looking for a program that does many things to help optimize your website and locate possible problems or mistakes in my pages, analyze the competition and control the rankings.

For something like that, I think you are far better speaking to someone who does SEO work. I have contacts I can pass on to you to communicate with if you want, but I have to warn you, they won't be cheap to hire. The SEO field can be a very expensive field to get developed.

You would have to discuss with them, it will depend on what exactly the do. But SEO is ongoing, it's not a one off job, so it will be an ongoing expense and not effective SEO isn't cheap.
