Newchic supplier feedback needed

Please, I need some advice from someone who has done business with Newchic company. They claim to ship within 7-12 business days. Is this always the case? And do they have responsive and excellent customer service?

In regards to the feedback that we have received from members, no issues reported on shipping times. However, we have had a couple of complaints in regards to slow response times from customer service.

Hopefully, that helps a little.

Can you also direct me to suppliers for wooden wristwatches and fitness trackers/watches that drop ship? The options I see are here in the US and very expensive (over $100). I believe I can get something better.
