Bigtime Wireless seems to be a legit company. As far as their website is concerned: they offer safe payment methods, have a good FAQ and contact details, and have been online for more than 2 years. I found a few good reviews of their on the web, and more importantly, no negative feedback.
One thing I noticed is that they say: "We highly recommend purchasing a Squaretrade Warranty that will replace, repair or refund your purchase even for accidental and water damages." This probably means they are selling grey market imports, and are not an authorized distributor.
This doesn't mean the items are counterfeit, but it does mean they were imported without authorization from the manufacturer, and therefore are not covered by the manufacturer's warranties - hence why they suggest a Square Trade warranty.
I also noticed a couple of other things about this site:
(1) they say they are BBB Accredited, however I couldn't find them listed on the BBB.org site, and (2) the link to their blog isn't working (not sure what the 'as seen in NY Times' is all about either).
In sum: This site appears to be a legitimate company, however if you order, you need to be aware that you aren't getting factory authorized merchandise.
