Drop Shipping Company - Global-Lover

I asked this company (Global-Lover) for their csv file for drop shipping a couple times on chat line, they keep responding with the same answer as if they're not understanding what I'm asking. I also became a registered member. Can some one pls tell me if they're a legit company?

I really would like to drop ship your products. Are there any sort of file that you have that I may upload your images with it's details the way you have on your site? Thank you.

and then picking your favorite items and add to bag and you will see the shopping cart will be added details and you can further "continue shopping",if you finished picking your favorite items and you will see the shopping cart and choose button"proceed to checkout"and you will see the shipping Adress and Shipping Method.and then you choose button"proceed to checkout"and submit order.

They certainly don't understand your question by the sounds of that. Are you aware of their dropshipping account criteria or should I say, what they call dropshipping?

P.S:

-The price with MOQ is $100 for total goods amount without quantity limited.

(That is,we accept one pcs per each style but the total goods amount should be $100.0.)

- The price we offer 5% discount if the total is above USD$1000.and 8% discount if more than USD$3000,And more than USD$5000,having 10% discount.

-The goods can be send same day once receipt the payment on/before 17:00PM China working time as our warehouse guys will off work expect for the weekend..

-Payment:Can be accept by Paypal,Western Union,Money Gram and Bank transfer.

Yeah, what they offer isn't dropshipping at all in reality.
