When using Labs to find products, I just can't find any supplier for that items, none of the potential suppliers mentioned for each product seems to sell them (at least on the searches I have made), it happens with every single product of the list from that search. Any suggestion? Am I doing something wrong, maybe? I'm new to this.

Hi Mark,
Thank you for replying with the link to the labs post. I read through that and can definitely appreciate the syncing issue. Have others found a work around for this? Taking the list back over to the directory seems like it will be extremely tedious to process through. Any additional suggestions?

One example of the problem I encountered (why I'm afraid this will be tedious) is that Jerusalem Gift Store is listed as a potential seller of baby boppy pillows in the lab. They actually sell anointing oil, shofars, Jesus sandals and other items related to Jewish and Christian traditional practices. When I made a search for shofar in the directory, it stated there were no suppliers for that product.

Hi Abiodun and welcome to the forum,

What you've highlighted definitely seems to be an issue with the search engine formatting. I'll bring this to the attention of support and have them discuss this with the tech team in regards to refining the search terms.

Hello everyone,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Please be assured that our team is working on making the Labs function accurately.

The Market Research Lab is designed to give you ideas on profitable products selling items right now on eBay, Amazon, and other marketplaces.

Our development team is changing our matching algorithm to make it more accurate, nonetheless. It's a new feature and still not fully developed.

If one of the potential suppliers doesn't stock a product you were after there are two options...

1. Search directly in the directory Link hidden: Login to view for the product
2. Reach out to our support team (Link hidden: Login to view) and we can do a custom search for you.

Hopefully this helps :)
