looking for t-shirt printer + dropshipper

I'm looking for a company that has DTG digital t-shirt printing, and can also warehouse prepaid wholesale stock and dropship to customers worldwide on demand.
I'm looking for a company that can do this for under or around $10 per item with no or limited start-up fees.

Also, I'm looking for a company that does on demand poster printing.
