Hello, everyone. My name is Andrew.

I bought my Salehoo membership yesterday, so I am obviously new to these parts.

I live in Evanston, Illinois, a small suburb just outside of Chicago. I live about 5 minutes away from Northwestern University.

I'm 23 years old and my day job is investment banker for a real estate developer. The pay is good, especially for a guy my age, but I am looking for more. Much, much, much more.

So, I joined this site in the hopes of making extra cash by wholesaling. I'm looking forward to meeting you guys, learning from you, and perhaps even doing some business.

Thanks for reading... :D

hello,I'm Melissa.I'm new here, and new to ebay.I'm a truck driver/dispatcher,and I sell rock, and bid jobs for the oil field for my company.I live in a tiny town in central texas.I joined salehoo in july.I only auction on ebay at this time, but seems to be a great learning path.I hope to make an online career soon. Then working 50 hours a week will be for me...anyway I have been studing and researching everthing i can from salehoo to seo to one day getting my own website.I'm not real computer literate so whenever I find a word that I don't understand I have to research it too. This is fun,and someday real soon I'm sure It will pay off for me and my children in a big way.I just don't know how much longer I can keep going on 5 hour of sleep per day.I will not give up though.
I have read alot in the forums that have been very helpful for me.I thank ya'll.
sincerly,
melissa

Hello and welcome to salehoo. I am jimmy_salehoo I also live in illinios, in Decatur. I can relate to both of you.

I started as a carpenter long ago and became a partner in that company. Got the bug that there had to be something better and have spent the last 12 years working as hard as I can to learn everything I can about making money online.

After alot of hard work I finally got a company off the ground and have been working very hard but doing good.

I have to warn you though. Online work is awesome when your making money. But it is also very hard work. I only sleep 2-4 hours a day and work the remaining. I run 2 websites, A warehouse, My own ebay and amazon sales, I run the state selling my products at fairs and spend about 4 hours a day answering messages on salehoo and ebay and 2 email accounts I have. And Im also a part time pirotechnitian.

But the great thing is I do get to see more of my kids and my wife. Even though im working most of the time. Make sure to spend time in your day to do as much research as you can and spend some time with the family.

I would recommend you read up on the stickies and the announcements in each forum as you will learn alot from them. And you may find a route you want to try to earn an income online.

If you think you dont know something google it. google is your friend. And so is salehoo. Any question you may have ASK on salehoo. If you dont get a response. ASK AGAIN.

Anyways good luck to both of you.

Thank you,for the haeds up Jimmy. And thank you to fudji,I'm sure I have lots of questions.Jimmy i do have a hard time balancing work my learning, and family.I will have to maybe manage my time better.I know it all can be done.If it wasn't for d.o.t. rules and regulations(i'm a truck driver also),I would suggest 27 hour days>>>lol..Then I could manage my time better.
Thank you a bunch.
