In regards to researching wholesale prices you would be better off contacting the suppliers in person, either walk in or by phone. It's a sad reflection on customer service, but there are so many businesses today that treat email inquiries as second class inquiries. The adopt the theory that if you are serious, you'll go to them or do business over the phone, so emails get pushed to the end of the line, and then sometimes ignored altogether.

You'll usually find that once you have an account established you will get an account manager, then your email inquiries are usually treated with some level of priority, at least they should be. If they're not, then you're doing business with the wrong company.

Personally, I would think twice about dealing with any company that treated my email inquiry with complete ignorance and look for a company who offers a higher level of customer service straight off the bat.

Either way, you really would be far better talking to the supplier in person, that way you can get an accurate price based on the load size you are looking at buying and then have volume discounts factored into your business plan in accordance with your projected business growth and so on.

Cheers

I was searching in salehoo forum and I found some post which a salehoo member accessed the wholesale page of the exactly enterprise I want work with. This is entertainment earth and the thread is:
Link hidden: Login to view

So, I´m thinking if you could take a look for the wholesale prices of some itens in entertainment earth and told me.

If it´s possible I will list my desired products.

It´s just to allow me to do my maths.

Thanks again!

Hi claudinei,

To reiterate what Fudjj said, you can easily get the wholesale pricing directly from each suppliers. For Link hidden: Login to view you just need to create an account in a very simple and straightforward process. To access, you need to fill in some basic information and submit (which should include your reseller information). You will be hearing back from them within the day. Once your account is created, an account manager will be assigned to you to help answer any questions you may have.

There is no use looking at the wholesale pricing, listing them and not being allowed to get them when time comes you need to. It would be best that you give them a call to make everything clear, on what can and cannot be done.

Cheers! :)

Of course, irene, I agree with some things you said.

But I am from Brazil and a fone call to USA will be expensive. Then I want to avoid that.

And, like I said before, I am planing my business for now, so I do not have a license.

I just need some prices in order to do my maths.

That´s all.

When I had planned all the stuff, then I will register my company and buy what I wish.

So, could you do that for me, please?

Ps: I know that I will have to make a call to entertainment earth anyway, but if you fill me with a litle more information, faster this call tend to be.
:)

Hi claudinei,

I completely understand. :) The thing is, wholesale suppliers will not be too generous to give out pricing details without being convinced they are dealing with resellers, and not competitors. The competition is stiff, if you will notice most of the suppliers will not have their wholesale pricing published in their websites. I can easily give them a call to ask and make a request, but I'm sure they will be giving out questions that only you will be in the best position to answer. Besides, that is what they will require, that you directly speak with them. I will try to help on your problem about calling to USA (wink), and I am sending you a PM about it.

Cheers! :)
