How to access Auction Inspector?

how do i access auction inspector once i've paid for it?

Welcome to SaleHoo! :)

To activate your Auction Inspector, once you are logged in to your SaleHoo account, click on Members Home.

On the Members’ homepage, you will see a link to Products in the second red menu at the top of the page.
(along with Profiles, Favorites, Products, Inbox)

Clicking this Products link will display all your purchases from SaleHoo. Just click the one you want to visit and follow the instructions to activate.

how come I haven't got auction inspector, like I been a member for years

You have to pay an extra $19.95 when you get your SaleHoo membership to get an Auction Inspector upgrade :)
