How to identify which warranty to provide

I am planning on importing some goods to New Zealand from USA and have a question about warranties. What type of warranty can I give my customers when the supplier is in the USA? Thanks for the help.

It probably comes down to the warranty conditions the products you import have. Check to see if the companies have local agencies that can accept warranty claims.

There are some after market warranty options available from my understanding, although this is an area I have no personal experience in myself. Hopefully one of the other staff or members will have more details on these types of options for you.
