CUSTOMER HAD A PROBLEM ON EBAY,
HER CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING HER ITEMS ARRIVED BROKEN..

SHE KNOWS WHEN SHE SHIPPED IT,IT WAS NOT BROKEN. SOME WILL SIMPLY TAKE THE LOSS AND MOVE ON. SOME UNDERSTAND ITS A CHEAP WAY TO GET FREE PRODUCT.. SOMETIMES THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SUCCESSFUL SELLER AND A SELLER THAT IS READY TO GIVE UP IS GOOD DIRECTION... OEM EXPERTS READY DOES CARE TO SEE YOU SUCCESSFUL .

The customer emailed me upset of course. Is my next move, fully refunding and I’m SOL? Does USPS cover anything since it was mailed priority?

Very hard to collect from USPS. Many times buyer already has one that is broken and some try to get a replacement for free.. they will send you pics of their old ones. its important to ask many questions and review the answered in detail. further more, if your a top rated seller you can ask the buyer to return the item, once returning the item, you can inspect and deduct up to 50% for buyer returning an item not as you shipped it. ebay will cover the other 50% to buyer .. @ oemexperts we love to help customers succeed in reselling.
