Hi there,

As probably some of you would know, I started accepting PayPal payments for my products. However, I got limited just today. PayPal's reason was 'unusually high activities'.

I'm trying to fix it now. =( Does anyone have such experience?

If you have just setup a new account and are sending/receiving alot of $$ they make limit your account for a while jsut to check and monitor what is happening.

Hi Salehoo,

My account was opened beginning of this year. I need to get the goods to my customers before they accuse me of scam! =(

I've been hearing lots of bad things about paypal though.

Do you mind me posting this link? Please delete it if it's not allowed. Apparently, it's written by one of paypal ex-employees.

HI Everyone, I have printed and about to fax all my documents (ID, invoices, supplier details...blah blah) to paypal. Will keep you informed how it goes.

Before this, I called up paypal Australia. This man, sounded like he's from india talked to me. He said that it maybe lifted within 10 days if I faxed to them the required documents! I pray for that.......

I had the exact same thing happen when I first started using paypal. Paypal does this when your account transactions get high for the first time. All you should have to do is provide them with tracking numbers on orders you've gotten paid for. Check your resolution center it will show what items they want tracking numbers for. Once you've provided tracking they should remove the restrictions on your account.

Hi Direct_Consumer,

Thank you for your information. I have already faxed all my details to them. Do you know how long will it take to clear?
Thank you!

Shouldn't take too long. Mine took aprox. 3-4 days. You can even call them and give them the information.
