We can ship to New Zealand by USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box. The box can fit in up to 21 cans of the Hershey's Kisses candles. The cost of the medium flat rate box is $60. It means if you buy 10 pieces up to 21 pieces, the shipping cost will still be $60.
