Are Resellers rights needed when selling brand name items?

Hi, I want to start selling casio watches on Trademe, do i need an resellers right to be able to sell them?

So long as you sourced your Casio watches from an authorized dealer/distributor and you can prove proofs of authenticity to your customers, there is no need for your to secure reseller rights.
