I went to visit the link you mentioned but the site does not exist, in fact you can even purchase that particular domain name if you wanted to.

If I'm not mistaken, you are trying to find where you can have your own online store made, right?

Maybe you should try the sites mentioned in this SaleHoo Blog, I'm sure these sites are safe and may just have what you are looking for.
