Has anyone heard of or had any experience with this company? There prices seem very cheap, i think TOO cheap to be true.

I havent heard anything bad about them. But beware all the designer items are inspired items and not original. All of them are fakes. If you are into selling those items then you should do fine but dont try and sell them on ebay.
