FocalPrice - Feedback Needed

Hi

I have just joined focalprice but are getting a bit worried about their standards.

I have reached several pages that have no information, and trying to contact support but their live chat did not seem to work. I could have tried something else, but it just sending me some signals i'm not comfortable with.
Can I trust this site with my reputation?

Hi Kenneth,

In regards to feedback, we can't really comment on other website reviews because we're unaware of the issues that caused the reviews to begin with. All I can confirm for you is that we have had no complaints, not even minor ones reported to us from our members over the past few months. If we did, we would most certainly have acted to reslove the problems and taken the appropriate actions required.

Regarding their customer support, let me know if you continue to have issues there and we'll get involved on your behalf to see what is happening with that side, that is if you do end up deciding on moving forward with the supplier.

I will continue with Focalprice and see how it works out. If I encounter any issues I'll let you know:)

Hi There

I have tried to contact them by livechat but no success. Neither do they have an email I can use.
Creating a support ticket is only for two categories that has nothing to do with my question and so far I'm getting a bit tired and just feeling stupid.

Anyway. Maybe somebody here can help me out:

When using their download function for pictures I have to submit a watermark. I do not have one. Can someone please tell me how to get this to work without a watermark?

I have contacted FocalPrice on your behalf and we hope to hear from them within the week. I believe Focal Price requires their resellers to provide a watermark in order to use their product images. If you don't have one, you might be interested to work with other similar suppliers:
