Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Dale. The site does have a posted message that it is closed and out of business.

Sorry we haven't really heard anything from wholesalejoe himself as to what happened to his site.

I have tried searching online for any updates or posting but found none. We have removed their site from our directory at this time.

Hopefully well hear from wholesalejoe himself.
