Shop Wholesale America - review needed

Has anyone ever used Shop Wholesale America or Wholesale4America?

They were very helpful in the beginning and once I ordered, no one will get back to me. I am worried that I got scammed.

Is there anything I can do to get my money back?

Was this supplier from our directory, I'm unable to find any record of that trading name. Also need to know how you made payment, what method?

I did not find that supplier from your list. I paid through a wire transfer.

Hi Erin,

I'm really sorry, but there is no recourse for a refund through wire transfer. PayPal or credit card, and you could have taken action, but a wire transfer is like handing over cash, just no option to claim a return of your funds.

What's their URL, I'll see if there is anything at all we can do to help.

Hi Erin,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with this supplier. I gave them a call tonight but unfortunately, I called outside of their business hours. I left them a message instead. I also sent them an email on your behalf to see if we can get some info on the status of your order. I suggest giving them a call as well during business hours, 7am- 5pm CST.

I'll give you an update once I hear back from them.

Thank you for trying to call. I did just call again and left them a message. I have called multiple times every day this week and have not been able to get through to anyone. I also have emailed and not heard back.

I have sent them a follow- up email concerning this issue, but I haven't received a reply. I'll give them a call this week to see if I can get in touch with anyone. Once again, so sorry to that you've had this experience. Let me know if there's anything else I can do.
