Supplier not responding?

I'm new to Salehoo, & I would like to know what to do when a supplier (who has fairly good reviews) does not respond to emails? Has anyone have any recent dealings with Lingere Mart In US? Or can anyone recommend a lingere supplier in China?

I would wait 6-10 hours before contacting them again, normally by phone & in personal email.

As all normally are accustomed to, they will be closed on certain days and out of shop on holidays. They're not available, I've dealt with them and they are a good wholesale center.

They are a great supplier i have used them multiple times. But in their defense business are not perfect and not always around to answer phones. My schedules revolves around the work I have to do and my kids school scheduled.I myself don't get to all my emails. Well I dumped that job on my wife so I could have more time but she still misses some emails lol. But if you cant get a hold of them just try again. But there is on possibility. If your using a free email service its very possible your emails are not getting through or even sent. I personally have problem getting emails from Gmail and Hotmail account users. So If you have a different email address try with a separate email and see if its getting through.
