Suppliers that do not require restocking fees - Wanted!

The charge back is not processed by your supplier, rather by your credit card company or PayPal (dispute).

Most companies will require a re-stocking fee when you return their products an ask for a refund. At this point we do not have a filter in our directory to sort them out this way. It might be best to inquire directly with the supplier.

The only instance I can recall where a supplier will return your money in full in when the error or cause of the return/refund is the supplier's fault.

We are a supplier and I am very appreciative of this forum because it helps us understand the needs of Salehoo's members.

Is this what suppliers do is charge you a fee if your customer returns a product for a refund? This doesn't seem like good business sense to me. I would like to understand the issue you are having with your suppliers.

As for us, we are a company that does not charge you a fee if a product is returned to us - and in our case if a product is returned to us it is in used condition because your customer has already consumed a portion of the dietary supplement in the box. If a product is returned to us we refund the money to you that you paid to us and then you refund your customer the price they paid to you.
