Aliexpress.com - is their dropshipping reliable?

I wonder if Aliexpress.com if they Dropshipping and are reliable

TAKES UP TO 35 DAYS TO RECEIVE PRODUCTS AND MOST OF THE TIME THEY ARE FAKE COUNTERFEIT ITEMS! BE VERY CAREFUL!

They do have the reputation of being better than alibaba itself, but same principles in play when dealing with any Chinese supplier....... never buy branded and always use a safe payment method.

I wasn't aware of the shipping time Bill has mentioned above, so that would be a serious concern to me personally.
