I applied for a reseller account in July, which have been accepted. I did not have enough time to start the dropshipping business with them, but now I tried to contact them, and for 1,5 weeks, there is no answer. Quite strange...

Is anyone in countinious business contact with them?

Thanks for help!

Hi letsdobizz,

I checked on other forums where they actively take part, their last post was October 28, 2011 around 3 days ago.

You might want to try emailing jenny@uniqbe.com

Hope this helps.

Still nothing though. I found 4 different e-mail addresses, but no answer yet. But, the site is updated all the time, and new product are appearing...

I would be taking all this effort on board if I were you. You have to ask yourself, if a company provides such pathetic customers service for your type of inquiry, how bad would they be if you had issues with products that needed to be sorted?

Although I'm sure you're feeling frustrated with their lack of response, this type of research is invaluable in my opinion. It can really save you a lot of heartache down the track when a business shows their arrogance so clearly up front!
