Heyy everyone in salehoo im Nate im from Maryland and just turned 18!! Im not exactly new to selling online but have been...dormit for a while. Nevertheless when i was 16 i started to sell online just before paypal started the holds. But in the 4 months i was selling i had 9130.60 come to my paypal account not all profit but the total i had a good profit margin. But then paypal started the holds and in the end i had to stop selling cause i was always using my money to keep up with the sales and soon i just couldnt because of too many sale ironic. Ever since i stopped selling but with the last 6 months i got onto salehoo wich i didnt ever really use when i was selling and it is a really great site.! So im 18 years old and want to ask you'lls opinion if it is feasable for me to never work a real job in my life be working from home/laptop and just make "easy money" but to us seller we know that there is nothing easy about it. I know i have to work and research but thats the thing i know i have to do it. I have a somewhat rampid imagination i want to start a clothing line but thats far in the future. My intrest are vast and i want to sell products im intrested in but they go from automotive to clothes and music and art. So i just wanted an advice how i can squeez all that into one thing. But to end thank you for taking to time to read what I had to say. Please post back with your story and background with selling!
Sincerly,
A Kid

Hi Nate, I can see that you have two very important traits, hard working and a good imagination. Both of those can be invaluable in this line of work.

It's always great if you can make a business out of a hobby or interest, so focusing on developing a business around those that you like is a great place to start. They are quite varied, and as such may not all work that well together. That said, there is no law in developing as many websites as you want, so an effective platform for each product could be developed independently of each other without any issues at all.

What you could then do is cross market all your sites on each other, so no matter what site you are promoting at the time, all your sites had a chance of benefiting from the traffic flow you are creating. You could also tie them all together through a membership, for examples you could offer freebies or at least special offers from all of your sites.

Just because I may buy a 671GM for my 69 Cuda from your Auto Store, doesn't mean that I wouldn't appreciate getting a free T-shirt from your clothes store for spending more than 500 bucks. You get the picture, that type of thing can draw members to the other shops very effectively and can be used to create sales throughout all platforms.

: )

You're absolutely right, the starting out part can be the most stressful, but it's also one of the most exciting times of a venture as well. You'll hit lots of hills, especially early on when just learning the way, but just remember that only one side of a hill goes up : )

Looking forward to hearing how you proceed mate, and drop us a line anytime you need any help at all.

Cheers
