A customer from Salehoo gave us some feedback.

I have ought from Right Wholesale - found them easy to deal with.

Had some duds in the lot of MP3 players purchased, but haven't yet notified them, so cannot comment on how good their aftersales is.

But as for the buying experience - that was positive...
