hello I'm new and starting out my online store. I would like to sell game consoles and games but I'm having a hard time finding a supplier that sell game consoles at low prices and games. They just sell them for like a few bucks less so your making barely any profit.

Can anyone help me out and maybe tell me what suppliers they might consider?
thanks

kydreamsllc,

im trying to figure out why the prices on your website are not only high, but out of control... the 8gb REFURBISHED iphone on your website.... which is supposedly wholesale... costs as much as a 16gb BRAND NEW iphone from apple

can you help me with this?

there is little i mean very little mark up on gameing systems. best bet is to see whats hot and go to your local retail store and buy them. even on that note the makers send what they feel like sending them. jump on when theres a hot item then jump off before it ends. example the wii when it came out 250 at wa(*mart sold for over 300 online , example the wii fit. also when a side supplier gets these items they will mark it up so they make money . i talk to a supplier with nintendo a true one because i e-mail nintendo myself and thats what he told me. real nice guy . i just e-mail nintendo and ask for distributors of there product. i hope i help

so, i guess then that i should deduce from this info that these 'wholesalers' are nothing more than glorified retailers and the money i've paid for a directory to get me here is wasted. i've seen this same thing every where i've looked. toys, game consoles, gps, ipods, iphones, music gear, health&beuty, lingerie, videos, etc. show me something else. something with a price better than wallmart. if not then whats the sense?

You tell me what you want, then show me proof by way of a legit bank statement that you are in a position to purchase more of that item than Wallmart does on a per annum basis, and I'll be happy to do my very best to broker a purchasing deal for you completely free of my charges A deal that will get you a better buying price than Wallmart's selling price, and one that will give you the ability to compete.

However, if you are not prepared to buy in the volume required to get the price, just as Wallmart themselves are required to purchase in to get their purchasing price down, then I can only suggest you stop dreaming, winging, and maybe consider a new carer!

Btw, Merry Christmas all!!

there is stuff out there that you can sell cheaper than walmart. you will have to buy in large amounts like fudji said. stay away from eletronics unless you have alots of money. or you find a niche among eletronics not alot of people selling the same thing. its hard work looking at different things and people will not hand over there sources. research , reseach , research ,. if you are not ready for the hard work long hours then might what to look into something else. one more thing just dont buy something from someone because its cheap. research the company over and over or you will lose alot of money.
